Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

Incorrect Item Received

Size Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we are unable to offer size exchanges.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted before your order enters production. Because orders are typically sent to production once each business day, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. While we'll always do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellations once production has begun.
